Try before you buy. Our selling model is simple: come to a demo, play the game, and if you love it, grab a copy. We want you to know exactly what you're getting before you spend a dollar.

Founders Edition — what you're actually getting. The Founders Edition is the very first bootstrap production run of TOO MANY DICE! — copies 1 through 50, hand-assembled by one person, funded out of pocket. These copies contain cosmetic imperfections. Print registration may be slightly off. Hand-applied stickers may not be perfectly centered. Card backs within a set may have minor variation. None of this affects gameplay in any way. Every card is sleeved, every die is accounted for, and the game plays exactly as designed. You are buying a piece of the beginning of something — and every dollar goes directly toward making the next version better.

All sales are final. TOO MANY DICE! is sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on direct sales. Our preferred selling model is demo-first — we want you to play the game before you buy it. For in-person purchases at demo events, you will have had that opportunity. For future online purchases, we strongly encourage reviewing all available product information, rules, and gameplay descriptions before completing a purchase. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy — we have no control over or responsibility for their terms.

No warranty. Two Slit Territory LLC makes no express or implied warranty regarding this product. All cards are sleeved to protect against normal wear and every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the product is complete and playable. Beyond that, the product is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Replacement components. Individual component replacement is not currently available. It may become available in the future for a fee as our production capabilities grow. Founders Edition copies are hand-assembled in limited quantities with hand-applied stickers and individually numbered card backs — in most cases, exact-match replacement of Founders Edition components will not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests as our capabilities allow.

Where your money goes. Two Slit Territory LLC is fully bootstrapped. Every dollar of profit is reinvested directly into the next phase of production. Phase 1 (Founders Editions 1–50) funds Phase 2 (250 commercially printed decks). Phase 2 funds Phase 3 (in-house production at wholesale-viable cost). You're not just buying a game — you're funding the roadmap.

By purchasing TOO MANY DICE! directly from Two Slit Territory LLC, you acknowledge that: (1) for in-person purchases, you have had the opportunity to review and play the product prior to purchase; for online purchases, sufficient product information has been made available for review prior to completing the transaction; (2) the Founders Edition contains cosmetic imperfections that do not affect gameplay, and such imperfections are not considered defects; (3) all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued; and (4) the product is sold without warranty of any kind. Two Slit Territory LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
